First impressions do count. During the survey I was very impressed by how well the house was looked over. And up front, I was told that the quote will stand whatever else may arise, because if anything had been missed, it would have been the surveyors fault. The company supplied all the boxes and packing materials I required at no extra charge which included two sizes of packing boxes and also wardrobe boxes as well. The team that moved me were very good and considerate for my partner who was feeling particularly unwell the day we were being packed up. During the uplift and the move in, not a single item was damaged and not a mark was made on the walls. Delicate or fragile items were individually wrapped and extraordinary care was taken when moving them. I had applied for three quotes, I would not say that money was no object but I like to go for the very best I can afford. As it happened, J&J Howe were not only the least expensive but in my opinion the best.
